1. Services

PMM Group provides technology consultancy and engineering services including:

• Workflow analysis and process optimization
• Custom software development and automation
• Data analytics and business intelligence
• Cost engineering and financial modeling
• Technology strategy and digital transformation

2. Client Obligations

Clients must:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain confidentiality of proprietary methodologies
• Make timely payments per agreed terms
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

3. Intellectual Property

PMM Group retains all rights to proprietary methodologies and frameworks. Project deliverables are transferred to clients upon full payment, unless otherwise specified in project agreements.

4. Confidentiality

All client information is treated as confidential. We implement appropriate security measures and share information only with authorized personnel on a need-to-know basis.

5. Payment Terms

• Payment terms are specified in project agreements
• Invoices are due within 30 days unless otherwise agreed
• Late payments may incur interest charges
• All fees exclude applicable taxes

6. Liability

Our liability is limited to the scope defined in project agreements. We are not liable for consequential or indirect damages. Total liability is limited to fees paid for the specific project.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate services by mutual agreement, for material breach with appropriate notice, or for convenience per project agreement terms. Payment for completed work remains due upon termination.

8. Modifications

We may update these Terms with notice to clients. Updates apply to new projects initiated after the effective date and are subject to existing contractual obligations.
